I'm a research associate at Fraunhofer Institute for Manifacturing Engineering and Automation IPA in Stuttgart. My research focuses on skill-based robot programming using Extended Reality techniques and devices. A proof of concept paper for robot programming using a Mixed Reality user interface can be found here and a video here. Future work will focus on evaluating the benefits of Mixed Reality for robot programming in a user study and further development of helpful XR-features for robot programming.
